As an experienced school teacher, environmental educator, and now a homeschooling mother, I know that if learning is to be meaningful, it has to go far beyond traditional worksheets. Every child (and adult) learns in their own unique way, and our resources reflect that diversity—each page is as varied as the children and families using them. Our resource library is continually growing, and explores themes like Nature Studies, Zoology, Gardening, Social Sciences, and Earth Sciences, each one crafted to spark curiosity and connection with the world. In our ‘Animal Superpowers‘ zoology unit, for example, children learn about remarkable animal adaptations, like animals that produce their own light or thrive in extreme environments. In our ‘Mountains and Fire‘ earth sciences unit study, kids get a close look at the underground world of magma, the power of supervolcanoes, and the unique green lakes of volcanic regions. We believe learning should feel like a grand adventure, encouraging kids to see the world with fresh eyes!
