As a small family business, it’s important for us to fill any spaces left by cancellations to ensure our program can continue running smoothly and that we can keep providing this special experience for all our families.
Cancellation Notice:
We kindly ask for a minimum of four days’ notice if you need to cancel your child’s booking. Any cancellations must be made no less than four days before the start of each school holiday. This allows us the opportunity to offer the spot to another family.
Refunds:
Cancellations made less than four days before the scheduled program cannot be refunded. This policy helps us cover our costs and continue to provide a rich and rewarding experience for all families.

Digital Products: Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for choosing our educational resources. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for PDF purchases. However, to ensure you have a seamless experience, you will have the ability to download your PDF twice, with no time restrictions, so you can access your resources whenever it suits you.
We are passionate about what we do, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any feedback or suggestions for improvement, we would love to hear from you. Your insights help us to continually enhance our homeschool and education resource offerings.
Printed Products: Returns, Shipping & Delivery Information
Returns: We partner with a trusted print-on-demand provider to ensure every book is custom-made with care. Since our printing is outsourced and made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives with damage, a print defect, or is the incorrect book, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist.

What to Expect:
•Printing Time: Our provider typically prints your book within 3-5 business days. It might take a little longer during busy periods.
•Shipping: Shipping is a flat rate of $25 worldwide. Once printed, shipping to New Zealand usually takes 14-21 days. Delays may occur due to customs or local postal services.
